The Second Western District Military Court overturned the decision of the 235th court to return the case to the prosecutor and returned it back to the stage of preparation for the trial hearing. But throughout the entire investigation, the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation maintained that it had no information that Voroshilov was an active FSB officer, so there was no reason to transfer the case to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
