And if you have already forgotten what the essence of the confusing business is, I will remind you: on April 2 last year, the FSB officers detained the deputy heads of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Generals Alexander Krakovsky and Alexander Biryukov and their subordinate – investigator for especially important cases of Alexander Bryantsev. They were accused of abuse of authority in the so -called “businessman Khudoyan case.”
Then the investigation claimed that all three employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs allegedly illegally contributed to transferring under the house arrest of the developer Albert Khudoyan. As a result, it came out of the pre -trial detention center, and from three lands worth 2.2 billion rubles, the theft of which he was accused, removed.
The IC of the Russian Federation believed that the detained generals and investigator were going to receive a bribe for liberation from Khudoyan, but supposedly did not have time. The detainees did not admit their guilt. Well, now the Deputy Prosecutor himself himself said that “the accusations are based exclusively on assumptions.”
