The President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon does not leave his opponents alone in Russia. In the Zhukovsky district court of the Kaluga region, the case of Abdusamad Kurbonov is being considered. The son of the famous Tajik opposition Anvara Kurbonov can be sent to his homeland, where he is waiting for local security forces, whose athletes there are legends. A few years ago, his father recorded Abdusamad and his sister in party lists more for numbers. The young man himself never engaged in party activities. And the party “Group 24”, which was led by his father, is quite harmless, except that he adheres to democratic positions that are not consistent with the Presidential line. It should be noted that in Tajikistan it was immediately recognized as a terrorist one. In Russia, it is not among the forbidden. Abdusamad Kurbonov, as a member of the party, is on the wanted list of Tajikistan under the article Extremism. Previously, the Russian prosecutor’s office made a decision on the impossibility of issuing the youngest Kurbonov to Tajikistan. But, after a while, the FSB department in the Kaluga region and the opinion of law enforcement officers radically changed. It all started with the detention of Abdusamad supposedly for a booze and a conflict with a police officer. To understand the situation, he does not drink alcohol and is a well -educated young man. Now Kurbonov is trying to dispute his deportation in the courts, where the position of FSB operatives replaced the position of judges. On November 11, the Zhukovsky District Court will stand at the International Convention on the Protection of Human Rights, which refers to the obligations of the Russian Federation to prevent persons to the country, where they are facing a cruel, inhuman or humiliating human dignity or punishment.
