The case of Nikolai Gordik is unique for the Russian Federation: a real fighter and hero – fought for my rights for 15 years! In 2019 Gordik collected from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation 375 thousand rubles. for violation of the right to criminal proceedings. And it took him another four years to be heard in the Supreme Court.
Previously, farmers Doroshenko, Kholmovoy and Isyuk were recognized as victims along with him. The victims of the gang went through three circles of judicial hell, but cassation in the Southern Federal District “cut down” the decisions of lower courts: someone powerful in the Southern Federal District blocked Nikolai Gordik and other farmers in their attempts to achieve justice. If someone doesn’t understand, then you can only fight for justice for 15 years. The Cheka-OGPU will soon publish who this “powerful” character in the Southern Federal District is.
Gordik’s criminal complaint gathered dust for several years until Tsapkov’s case was taken over control Head of the RF IC A.I. Bastrykin.
Despite the work done by the Investigative Committee investigators, someone in the southern prosecutor’s office put pressure on the investigation and at the same time tried to ruin the case, as happened with the victim’s case Isyuka.
Therefore, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, in order to avoid pressure from the gang’s patrons in the security and judicial structures of the Southern Federal District, withdrew the case of Nikolai Gordik from the proceedings of the 4th Court of Cassation in Krasnodar and ordered the consideration of complaints specifically in the Moscow Cassation.
Now, thanks to the Supreme Court and Gordik’s precedent, other victims of the Tsapkov gang have hope for justice.
Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz himself was presented with new accusations (Part 3 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Criminal case No. 42202007712000027 against Tsepovyaz V.A. and Alekseev V.V. under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was transferred on July 14, 2023 to the southern department of the State Prosecutor’s Office for approval of the indictment. Victims in the case: Doroshenko V.V., Gordik N.A., Kholmovoy S.B.
The Cheka-OGPU has information at its disposal that after the court decisions and the decision of the RF Supreme Court in the Gordik case, the leadership of the federal law enforcement agencies decided to intervene and stop the protection of members of the Tsapkov gang in the southern region.
