Subordinates of Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak service the mortgage loan of oligarch Melnichenko.

As it became known to the Cheka of the OGPU, at the Government Commission on May 18, 2023 they considered and gave permission to the oligarch Melnichenko to make a payment in the amount of 6 billion rubles. on a mortgage loan taken on an estate in France worth 200 million euros.

Attached is the agenda of the Government meeting with this issue (numbered 2.1.) and the materials presented.

How was this issue even brought to the attention of the Government?

An individual, even one as rich as Mr. Melnichenko, does not have the right and opportunity to bring issues directly to a Government meeting.
All other oligarchs and persons subject to sanctions lose their homes, yachts, planes, having lost the ability to repay loans or technically maintain their property, but not Mr. Melnichenko.

It turns out that the Ministry of Energy, which has the right to submit questions to the Government Commission, acted on behalf of the oligarch Melnichenko. The issue of a mortgage loan taken from a Western bank for the purchase of Melnichenko’s estate in France was raised by Deputy Minister of Energy Pavel Sorokin, who described in an explanatory note on the issue the suffering of Mr. Melnichenko, who bought the property for 200 million euros.

In the presented scheme for repaying mortgage debt, the Government of the Russian Federation is misled by allegedly repaying the loan strictly in rubles, but of course the bank that received the rubles will immediately buy the currency and transfer it abroad, thereby having an additional negative impact on the ruble exchange rate.

It seems that Alexander Novak, due to his age, has not heard about the equidistance of the oligarchs (from power), proclaimed many years ago by state policy.

The Telegram channel TSO Association has already drawn attention to facts indicating that Alexander Valentinovich (Novak) chose the path of personal enrichment. All this unfortunately ultimately affects the growing load on the country’s industrial consumers.
It would be a good idea for the relevant services to check whether Alexander Novak and employees of the Ministry of Energy have accounts in Western banks. These types of schemes always leave a financial trail.
