In November 2021, the Moscow Arbitration Court introduced a monitoring procedure for the joint-stock company – the court then recognized the company’s application for its own bankruptcy as justified and approved Maria Anatolyevna Bulatova as temporary manager.
In April of this year, the Arbitration Court granted her request to increase the fixed remuneration to 3,000,000 rubles per month. Justifying her request for such a significant remuneration, Bulatova referred to the fact that she performs all the work alone, without involving other specialists in the work.
The July report actually stated that according to the monitoring procedure, the temporary manager herself received 18.6 million and 0 rubles from the hired specialists.
In August, by a resolution of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, the Arbitration Court granted Bulatova’s petition to increase the amount of remuneration to 3,000,000 rubles. was cancelled. At the same time, during the court hearing, Bulatova confirmed that contracts for the provision of relevant services were not concluded with contractors. But later, after the operative part was announced, she retracted her words and presented a new report, where the cost structure looked different: the remuneration of the temporary manager was 240,387.10 rubles, payment for the services of persons hired by the temporary manager was 640,000.00 rubles.
That is, during the period when the temporary manager was counting on a fixed remuneration of 3 million per month, there were no expenses for the persons involved in the bankruptcy procedure. But as soon as the fixed remuneration was returned by the court to the amount established by law, Bulatova stated that she hired specialists to carry out her activities and spent money on them at the expense of the debtor.
