The criminal conspiracy involves:
1. Judge of the Central District Court of Novosibirsk – Maria Vladimirovna Stebikhova;
2. Novosibirsk entrepreneur Iofin Vladimir Borisovich;
3. Technical experts – Scientific Production Center “TechService” Malyshko A.A., Koveshnikov S.S.
4. Plaintiff – Ignatov S.S.
Judge Maria Vladimirovna Stebikhova unconditionally accepted the claims of the Plaintiff (S.S. Ignatova) for 8,086,317 rubles, for a snowmobile manufactured in 2016, which costs no more than 500,000 rubles. This means that the Plaintiff’s demands exceed the actual amount of compensation many times over.
To draw attention to the criminal conspiracy, Brandt Sport LLC sent a statement to the Investigative Committee of Russia, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Investigation Department for the Novosibirsk Region, the Zheleznodorozhny Interdistrict Investigation Department of Novosibirsk, Police Department No. 1 for Novosibirsk.
