The performance looks absolutely ill -conceived, unprepared and inexplicable for the defendant general.
Everything that Muzraev says, he speaks against himself. Trying to shift the guilt for the omnipotence of the Kadin organized crime group in the region, he accuses the Volgograd police.
At the same time, he admits that it was he who coordinated and led the fight against organized crime in Volgograd, withdrawing criminal cases and materials of the ORM against members of the organized crime group from the production of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and giving mandatory instructions on them.
Talking about the arson of the Governor’s house, Muzraev proves that it was he who, together with his wife Bocharov, insisted on the qualifications of the act as an attempt on the murder, although the competent authorities did not see such a composition. About the logical appearance in connection with this – why was this done? – Muzraev does not think. Meanwhile, the answer to him strengthens the accusations of terrorism.
The plantings of criminal authorities included in the organized crime group, but at different times conflicting with the Kadins family, should not even be said.
And this is only a superficial analysis of the speech of Mikhail Muzraev.
It is strange that the general in two years of preliminary imprisonment, having a tremendous experience in investigating criminal cases, could not prepare a better position.
