The Cheka-OGPU became aware of the names of the first detainees in the case of the explosion on the Crimean Bridge. These are employees of the company from Armavir, which accepted and shipped the film allegedly filled with explosives: Samvel Azatyan, his sons Georgy and Artem, as well as worker Yuri Postnikov.

According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, the dangerous cargo was accepted by the Agro Business company in Armavir. The company is engaged in soybean processing and is located on Vorovskogo Street. The LLC is owned by Makeevka native Georgy Azatyan and his father Samvel. The family has a younger son, Artyom, who is a lawyer. The latter recently left in search of a better life in Simferopol. Shortly before the famous events, he called Father Samvel and asked him to accept a certain cargo for one day, which supposedly belonged to his friend.

According to Georgy, they forgot to inform him about this, and he learned about the arrival of a truck with foreign license plates after the fact. There was plenty of space in the warehouse. The driver handed the merchant a stack of invoices, but the receiver did not look at them or sign them. The next day, at lunchtime, Inter arrived at the warehouse, driven by Mahir Yusubov. There was no connection between them; the only verification was the license plate number of the truck, which was provided by the previous driver.

In the presence of Georgy, the loading was carried out by the company’s tractor driver Yuri Postnikov using a mechanical loader. And already on October 8, intelligence officers visited the warehouse. The investigative actions lasted a day. All the defendants were interrogated, the gloves in which Yuri worked and the employees’ phones were confiscated. Last night, everyone was taken to Simferopol for investigative actions and to undergo a polygraph test. Artyom Azatyan was also detained there.
