On November 22, Swedish special forces landed from helicopters in a suburb of Stockholm directly onto the balcony of the house of a Russian couple. Sergei Skvortsov and Elena Kulkova (both are under 60) suspected of spying against the USA and Sweden in favor of Russia. The Dossier Center, together with the Swedish newspaper Expressen and the Estonian publication Delfi, figured out what Russian “illegal immigrants” were actually doing in Sweden.
Skvortsov, Kulkova and her daughter Anna (married – Run) ran the Instrument Electronics company, which supplied radio-electronic components. Among their company’s clients is the Radioexport company, closely associated with the Russian defense industry. Since 2016 she under sanctionsand in 2019 this company (now under the name “Network Technologies”) was caught purchasing space technologies bypassing sanctions.
As is often the case with spies from the GRU, it turned out to be as easy as shelling pears to figure out their connection with the intelligence service: by registration. The whole “Swedish” family was registered in Moscow in the same house as the participant in the Skripal poisoningas well as other GRU officers.
Not only Swedish illegal immigrants burned to death, but also their business colleagues. For example, Timur Dyakov, who owned InstrumentElectronics in 2011, turned out to be graduate of the Military University named after. Alexander Nevsky at the Ministry of Defense
