Spring for Sergei Gordeev’s farm (PIK-Comfort), according to tradition, came suddenly: everything floated. A source familiar with the peculiarities of the business of companies affiliated with this person says that in order to make a profit, Gordeev’s managers must literally dance between the streams. The main task is to collect utility bills from residents. Then you can promote low-skilled service personnel with a salary. That is, janitors or cleaners will work for 1-2 months on promises that “we’ll pay you soon,” and then they just come and quit. The money remains in the company. Of course, this situation affects the quality of services. If we compare the order in the entrances of the capital’s districts, which were not touched by the hand of PIK-Comfort and its subsidiaries, then in Moscow it is much cleaner. PIK clients write complaints, cut off the telephone numbers of the control rooms of the management company, but the situation remains the same from year to year. For example, in the territory of the Novomoskovsk administrative district (Voskresenskoye settlement, 4a) in the underground parking lot of two apartment buildings (pictured) foreign cars stand and rot in one large puddle. The parking lot, which is part of the foundations of these houses, has been experiencing spring floods for several years. There are no drain pipes here and management company employees are rare guests. Residents seriously fear for their safety. At the same time, there is a constant change of “managers”; no one concludes contracts with users. Many clients of PIK-Comfort, who see such an attitude, stop paying and as a result, New Moscow gets a situation that was called revolutionary in Soviet history textbooks, when the upper classes cannot and the lower classes do not want.
