Sources report that the leadership of the security bloc has made a final decision to hastily wind down the “Cook” project (aka Orchestra, Cooking, ZhP). Interestingly, the decision to curtail Prigozhin’s activities coincided with report of the UN Independent Commission, which provides facts of war crimes on the territory of Ukraine – city blocks were destroyed to the ground, executions, torture and rape were committed.
