Some time ago we talked in detail about the opera of the “thieves” of the 27th department of the GUUR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Dmitry Dolgushin. It was a dream.” For a long time he was afraid to contact law enforcement agencies. And Dolgushin at this time periodically rested in hot countries.

After the publication of the Cheka of the OGPU, the victim wrote a statement to the Main Directorate for Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Dolgushin was interviewed using a polygraph. From the polygraph findings it follows that Dolgushin took money to resolve the issue! During the inspection, and this is from 02/09/2023, none of the persons indicated in the explanation who were directly present when the money was transferred to Dolgushin was interviewed.

Currently, the audit material is in some strange way sent from the Meshchansky MRSO to the Zamoskvoretsky MRSO and the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow. Each department promises to conduct a thorough check. This has been going on for more than 3 months, but to no avail. Meanwhile, Dolgushin changed the name on his VK page to Oksana Golubeva, deleted all the photographs and continues to work at the Economic Security and Practical Inspectorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow.
