Moreover, the difference in salaries for some positions is significant: an ordinary transport security officer (looking at the turnstile) is offered 45 thousand rubles, and VOKhRA soldiers are offered 175 thousand and more. Personnel issues are handled by employees of the metro security service, in particular one of the best HR specialists in Moscow, Larisa Udalaya. The role of recruiters is assigned to commanders; they are attracted primarily by salaries, which are no less than those of contract soldiers on the Ukrainian front.

It is worth considering that this takes into account civilian metro workers working in hazardous working conditions. According to interlocutors of the Cheka-OGPU, for now the mayor’s office plans to recruit a 15,000-strong combat force, and then, if the fighters prove themselves and prove themselves, expansion of the staff will be discussed.

Probably, Bidzhakov’s experience of “working” with foreigners was also needed in Moscow – the Cheka-OGPU has already spoken more than once about the hunt by the authorities and security forces for potential “volunteers to the front” from Central Asia.
However, from the end of September, the labor inspectorate begins to intensively check the ANO. Judging by data from open sources, in just a month and a half, the auditors announced four warnings to the manager at once, and already on November 15, Bidzhakov’s place was taken by Yevgeny Oleynik, a well-known veteran of Directorate “A” in security circles. It is he who is entrusted with the task of forming a full-fledged combat unit like “Alpha” of the FSB TsSN.
According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, in the near future the fighters are expected to go on a business trip to one of the special forces bases in Khasavyurt, where the Alfa fighters once trained. By the way, the cost of training one person there is about 200 thousand rubles, only according to preliminary calculations, in order to train the 5,000-strong army of the capital’s mayor’s office, 1 billion will be needed. It is worth recalling that at a meeting a month ago with VOHR activists, Sergei Sobyanin more than once emphasized that money no one will regret the structure.
