After the businessmen contacted the FSB USSB for Moscow and the Moscow region, the businessmen asked whether it would turn out that their work would be limited to only detaining lawyer Sarkisyan? To which the leader of the group of operatives explained that they are “not contractual” and neither is their leader, but whoever is higher – “we can’t vouch for them.”
The businessmen explained that Sarkisyan acts on behalf of the influential prosecutor Artem Shishov, who is in conjunction with the Deputy Prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergei Rokityansky, and he, accordingly, was the right hand of the current Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia.
During the operational work and detention, FSB officers said that Sarkisyan’s connection with the head of the IC Smaznov was established, and he, in turn, reported about receiving a bribe to Baranov, the senior assistant to prosecutor Shishov.
Some time after the arrest, FSB officers stopped actively investigating the case and made it clear that they were “crowded from above” and told them not to go further than Sarkisyan’s lawyer – not to conduct an investigation. The Investigative Committee of the Odintsovo District also gave up and began to prosecute Sarkisyan under Article 159, Part 4. They returned one of the main pieces of evidence, Sargsyan’s mobile phone, but did not conduct a computer examination of the phone, which in this high-profile crime indicates that the case will not progress beyond Sargsyan.
Throughout the entire investigation, the investigator of the Investigative Committee for the Odintsovo district continued to tell the applicants that they were vigorously investigating the case, and in the meantime, before the New Year, he quickly brought the case to court. Later it became known that it turns out that FSB officers had already been given a command from above, on the day of Sargsyan’s arrest, not to initiate a criminal case under Article 290 Part 5.
It is reliably known that the materials transferred by the Directorate of the Police Internal Security Service to the official investigation department of the First Directorate of the RF IC for the Moscow Region are not being followed up by a high-ranking FSB officer for Moscow and the Moscow Region. The number of criminal cases initiated on “nonsuns” in the interests of prosecutor Shishov has exceeded three:

Only these blatant facts speak of a terrible corruption octopus headed by prosecutor Shishov.
