The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Dagestan was charged with a 23-year-old local resident of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the use of violence that is dangerous to life or health in relation to the representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his official duties).
According to investigators, on November 11, 2021, at about 11 o’clock, an employee of the Voguip Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, who carried out the service at the airport checkpoint, located in the city of Kaspiysk, was received from the employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Caspiysk orientation on the stop of the car of the brand “Toyota Camry” in black without state registration signs, with darkened glasses following the direction of the Makhachkala International Airport.
Noticing the indicated car, the policeman went to the roadway and stopped the movement of all vehicles moving towards the airport, and therefore, the accused was forced to stop. The police gesture of the hand was instructed to the driver to reverse, and, having accepted the left lane of the road, drive up to the protective barrier.
The driver, ignoring the legal requirements of the police officer to stop the vehicle and stop further traffic, continued to move in the direction of the Makhachkala International Airport, while knocking down a fencing barrier in front of the car. At the same time, noticing the unlawful actions of the driver, the police specialist of the special firing group of the airport checkpoint on the right lane, in order to stop the specified vehicle to them, began to flee in the direction of the moving car of the brand.
The accused, realizing the illegitimate nature of his actions, allowing the possibility of hitting a police officer who ran out onto the road and undertaken him, that is, the use of violence for life and health in relation to a representative of the authorities, the car did not stop and continued to hit the last right side side the car and disappeared. As a result of the unlawful actions of the accused to the victim, bodily harm was caused.
