We have already written several times that operatives of the FSB department for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region are actively working on the facts of theft on contracts of this State Unitary Enterprise. We are talking about the period from 2015 to 2021, when more than 2.5 billion rubles were received into the accounts of contractors of a state enterprise, after which at least 500 million were simply stolen. One of these contractors was SK Set-Energo LLC. The management of the State Unitary Enterprise “TEK” cannot be unaware of the attention of the security forces to this company, since the operational work is close to completion and it will not be long before criminal cases appear. But this does not stop corrupt officials. Back in February, another contract was concluded between the State Unitary Enterprise, worth 377 million rubles. for the reconstruction of heating pipelines in the St. Petersburg quarter “Lake Dolgoe”. The work should be completed by the end of 2023, but judging by the information on the government procurement website, almost a year later the contractor has not closed the work completion certificates even for 4 million rubles. But on December 12, an additional agreement to the contract with SK Set-Energo appears on the website, by which the management of the State Unitary Enterprise Fuel and Energy Complex immediately increases the cost of work under the contract by almost 112 million rubles. due to “a significant increase in the cost of materials.” Moreover, this year the contractor should already receive about 90 million rubles. Let us note that the general director of the State Unitary Enterprise “TEK” Ivan Boltenkov does not exactly look like an idiot. This decision can be explained by the fact that Boltenkov was put under pressure by certain patrons of corrupt officials. According to rumors, one of Boltenkov’s deputies can lobby their interests. Another option is for the leadership of the state unitary enterprise, which itself is in the share, to be promised by the would-be contractors that they will resolve their issues with the security forces. Well, it is reckless to trust such a position – after all, in total, SK Set-Energo and related companies received contracts from the State Unitary Enterprise Fuel and Energy Complex for more than 6 billion rubles. According to our data, the security forces have already included new episodes of criminal activity, on which work has begun.
