“Your privilege” came out crookedly?
Advertising booklets say that the developer “Apr” sets trends in the low -rise construction market. And allegedly successfully implemented the construction of the LCD “Your privilege”. This residential complex is almost a new city on the map of the Chelyabinsk region, more than 10 thousand people allegedly live in it.
The company also implements projects in Yekaterinburg and on the island of Russian in Vladivostok. The developer builds objects in other segments: in the portfolio of the company 11 projects, so it is planned to exit JSC APR on an IPO on the Moscow Exchange.

Yes, it only turns out that the inhabitants of the LCD “Your privilege” are completely unhappy with their housing. And even threw letters to the head of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin. And the TFR began checking complaints.

Conflict with Governor Dubrovsky
As it turned out, they crookedly were built not only under Mr. Yurevich, but also under the governor Boris Dubrovsky, since in June 2018 a scandal around the Parki-2 residential complex flared up.

The object was built by LLC “Apa Fly Planing”. And there were a lot of complaints from residents.

The founders of the Apri Fly Plebining LLC then included: Vladislav Minin (son of the chairman of the regional court Sergey Minin), Alexander Bukreev (deputy of the City Duma, the owner of the Legion SK). Here Mr. Bukreev and his construction business rose at the period when the mayor of Chelyabinsk, and later the governor was Mikhail Yurevich. SK “Legion” became the leading developer.
Further on the list were Dmitry Karabintsev (founder of the construction company “Grinflight”, former manager of ex-governor Mikhail Yurevich), Timofei Karabitsev (brother of Dmitry Karababintsev), as well as Alexei Ovimyan (Avoir company) and others.
Mr. Ovakimyan was already called the manager and holder of the assets of those people who cannot be engaged in business directly. For example, in the co-founders of TsKBU-2 LLC, Vestet and Ovakimyan were the Forb CJSC, the owners of which was Artem Chaika.
The company “Apri” happily survived the governor of Dubrovsky.

This is evidenced by joint “projects”, in particular, the operation to purchase a mansion in Moscow.
This mansion, previously belonging to the government of the Chelyabinsk region, which retreated to the former vice-governor of the Chelyabinsk region Alexei Ovakimyan, may in the future serve as a kind of “rollback” for the team of Alexei Texler. After all, it was Mr. Texler that allowed the structure of Ovakimyan to build the center of Chelyabinsk.
It turns out that the quarter went in exchange for the mansion?
But the former official of the Yurevich Ovakimyan team could have involvement in the fraud in the securities market, and now he receives state contracts. And buying up state property.
The new owner of the building was APR APRA “Flei Plaining”. The company turned out to be the only bidder.
And I paid 83 million rubles for the mansion. But the auction for sale was broken 22 times!
And when APRA JSC became the owner of the building, another news appeared: the structure of the same company received good from the Chelyabinsk authorities to build the center of Chelyabinsk – a plot of 2.1 hectares on labor Street.
This may not be a coincidence. Is the mansion at such a low price – this is a kind of possible bribe to the team of the Governor of Texler so that the center of Chelyabinsk can be built up?
In general, the dog barks, and the caravan is coming: Mr. Yurevich has long emigrated, but now there is Mr. Texler. Through it, everything is now being decided!
