On July 3, 2020, Alexei Navalny flew on vacation with his wife Yulia to Kaliningrad. During her vacation, Yulia Navalnaya felt unwell: the symptoms, the oppositionist claims, were similar to what he himself experienced after being poisoned with Novichok. It later turned out that the Navalnys on this trip, as on many others, were accompanied by poisoners from the FSB.
As the Dossier Center found out, Navalny was monitored in Kaliningrad – and many other cities and countries – not only by special services, but also by private detectives. The day before his arrival, four men flew into the city: Alexander Borzunov, Alexander Zarubin, Andrey Malikov And Vyacheslav Romashin. All of them work as private detectives in the Ryazan agency “Shadow”.
These same people, as follows from flight data, followed Navalny and Anti-Corruption Foundation employee Maria Pevchikh in Novosibirsk shortly before the poisoning of the politician (and, probably, the filming was transferred to the REN-TV channel).
The “dossier” counted at least six intersections of the routes of Ryazan detectives with the routes of Navalny, his family and colleagues. Among other things, Shadow detectives monitored Navalny abroad – in Thailand.
The Shadow agency boasts that it employs former law enforcement officers. The private detectives who followed Navalny were just like that. And Dossier’s sources say that one of the agency’s clients is Head of the NTS FSB Eduard Chernovoltsev. It is in charge of the FSB Institute of Forensic Science (NII-2), where all kinds of deadly poisons have been developed in a secret laboratory since Soviet times. Alexey Navalny considers the employees of NII-2 of the FSB to be his senders.
