Nastya’s father Yuri Radzinsky started the YouTube business with his best friend and “roof” employee of department M of the FSB department in Sochi, Vladimir Kerelyuk, who unexpectedly died in 2020. According to the official version, he jumped from the roof of a multi-story building. The VChK-OGPU correspondent talked with a good friend of Kerelyuk and Radzinsky, who told his version of the appearance of the Like Nastya channel. Here is the content of his story:
“In Sochi, Yura was engaged in the construction business, and Vladimir protected him, primarily from vampires” from the local BEP. Simply put, he was a “roof”. But they were also friends.
Like everything in Russia, this entire blogger sphere is very much saturated with black money. Radzinsky and Kerelyuk were among the first (later there was Blinovskaya, etc.) to invent one of the most ingenious money laundering schemes. A number of former, as well as some current members of the BEP not only in Sochi, but also in the region, invested in the project.
The scheme is simple and ingenious at the same time.
The Like Nastya channel was created, and everyone invested money together in its Internet advertising and promotion. And then, under the guise of payment for advertising placement, funds began to be poured in from legal entities through corporate cards and through direct accounts of Google/Facebook, naturally with VAT. Accordingly, Google and Facebook made payments to Radzinsky as a private individual. And at that moment he was stuck between two countries. He spent almost all his time with his family in the USA, but lived on tourist visas and did not become a resident. And he was a resident of Russia. That is, I received money in the USA using American bank cards, wallets, etc. and cashed out. These amounts have not been seen in Russia. In this way, funds were withdrawn from Russia to the United States with subsequent cashing out. The clients were driven by the BEP employees.
It didn’t last that long, of course, but it happened. The channel got off to a good start, Radzinsky decided to stay in the USA and work there full-time. And then a conflict arose. BEP members were not satisfied with the interest they received for withdrawing money. They reasoned that they invested in the channel, its promotion, and were entitled to a percentage of the channel’s profits. Radzinsky did not agree and eventually sent everyone away. There were rumors that at the same time, let’s say, he grabbed some of the money that was not his own.
Kerelyuk could not influence him in any way, since Yuri had already completely settled in the USA and the BEP members made claims, including financial ones, against him. Kerelyuk at one time signed for Radzinsky in front of the BEP members, that everything would be without the “scammers”. The amount was large, and then there was the divorce from the wife he loved. Maybe that’s why I decided to step off the roof.”
