Sergei Lisovsky, who, as the investigator Peter Triba established, organized the murder of Vladislav Listyev, tried by all means to evade responsibility. So, in 1998, employees of the 10th RUBOP department of Moscow and SOBR during the special operation detained a group of professional killers in Central Asia, headed by Andrei Chelyshev. They have fulfilled many resonant crimes, including eliminated the vice-mayor of St. Petersburg Mikhail Malevich. A specially rented plane was used to transport them to Moscow. And then during interrogations, Andrei Chelyshev unexpectedly confessed to the elimination of Listev and gave detailed testimony. The Prosecutor General began to check them, it took a decent time. Then it became clear that Chelyshev was lying and taking the investigation on the false trail. But why did he do it? Soon it turned out. It turned out that the head of the 10th department of RUBOP Vitaly Serdyukov studied with Sergey Lisovsky and she was long-standing friends. It was Lisovsky who paid for the aircraft to transport the group of Chelyshev from Central Asia. And at the same time, Chelyshev was convinced to “take” Listyev and thereby lead the Prosecutor General from real executors of the murder and “customer”, which was Lisovsky.
