Kondakov through his common-law wife O.O. Kondakov. The company Prodmontazh-Profi LLC rented out a hostel in Monchegorsk to the company. At the same time, the cost of renting a non-residential building turned out to be seriously inflated, and the building itself simply cannot accommodate the declared number of people.
The investigation found that Kondakov entered into a conspiracy with the head of the Kola MMC property management, S.V. Ermilova. Together they prepared a deliberately dubious agreement and deceived Ermilova’s management.
The damage to the Norilsk Nickel subsidiary is estimated at at least several tens of millions of rubles. It is curious that Kondakov’s ex-wife has already tried to escape from the investigation. She left St. Petersburg, where she was forcibly returned for investigative actions.
Searches of the luxury real estate of the Kondakov family have already taken place in St. Petersburg and the Krasnodar Territory. Documents related to the murky history were seized there.
Now investigators have reached the apartment in Murmansk, where Kondakov personally lives. However, the housing is not registered to the entrepreneur. Apparently, the authorities are seriously looking for items and papers relevant to the criminal case. The entrepreneur could have hidden some of the materials from the investigation.
