And with billions of other people’s money you can spend money on PR. And as part of a PR campaign, throw crumbs from the master’s table. For example, donate a truck to utility workers from Serpukhov. Or even a BMW for world boxing champion Artur Beterbiev, creating the false impression that the Kremlin is involved in the sporting victories of Russian athletes. Who will understand that in fact the International Boxing Association, led by the Kremlin, at the request of the West, excluded athletes from the Russian Federation from all competitions that take place under the auspices of the IBA.
The money is someone else’s – but it works for Umar Kremlev’s PR. To create the false impression that the Kremlin is helping fellow countrymen. Considering that Mobile Card earned 4.097 billion rubles from target deductions in the first quarter of 2022 alone, these are real crumbs.
