For those who do not understand, “abuse of technical means” means handing over a flash drive with a ready-made court ruling to the judge.
At the same time, the Commission recognizes that there are still cases when “the court has a procedural need to record verbatim statements and quotes containing profanity in a court document (for example, when appointing a linguistic examination in a case).” In such circumstances, judges are advised to use gaps in words or replace part of the word with symbols.
