As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post in Yakutia, the head of the Republic of Yakutia Aisen Nikolaev announced the financial and economic achievements of his region in 2024.
The Diamond Governor settled on the activities of Elgagulle, one of the owners – the scandalously known businessman Albert Avdolyan.
According to Aisen Nikolaev, the coal company has completed a significant amount of work. And thanks to such a jerk of the coaling holding, Yakutia first took second place in Russia in terms of coal mining: the company increased production by 36.2%, completed the construction of the Pacific Railway, a new airport office appeared at the Elga airport, lengthening of the runway. And the holding is going to build 4 new hostels for shift workers and miners. But so far there are no reports about the new roads, the absence of which the workers of the Elgagolle holding complain. And there are large gaps in other areas of the life of shift workers: unheated, raw dormitories, lack of workwear, time queues in the dining rooms and, of course, unimportant food.

Before moving on to the “paradise” working conditions on the venues of the Elgagul holding, we recall about the scandalous fame of Albert Avdolyan, who has already surfaced many times in high -profile financial scandals both with the participation of offshore and under the cover of proxies, only so far remained unsinkable.
Probably, not the last word in this strange blindness -deep law enforcement agencies – for the patron and friend of Mr. Avdolyan – the head of the Rostec state corporation Sergey Chemezov?

And today, among the owners of the shares of the Elgagul holding, a native of Rostech Grunon Treprovishchuk turned out to be a native of the Rostec Group of Companies. The main beneficiaries are LLC Energogroup Alexander Isaev, LLC “A -proportion” and AP AP “Capital” Avdolyana.
The same Mr. Isaev, the former business partner of the mysteriously deceased businessman Dmitry Bosov, leads the Criminal Code.

And Mr. Isaev has long been playing on the field of Avdolyan – at one time – the main competitor of Bosov.
Criminal Code “Elga” belongs to Isaeva (through its Energogroup LLC) and Avdolyan – through A -OPPERT LLC. He writes about this “Company”.
Criminal Code “Elga” easily scrolls on money. At the end of 2023, the Criminal Code issued a guarantee for the fulfillment of the obligations of the same “Elgagulle” for 185.7 billion rubles, despite the fact that the entire revenue of the Criminal Code for 2023 was a little more than 9 billion rubles. At the same time, the Criminal Code has supposedly a loan debt (the main debt is more than $ 2.705 million), which was received in dollars back in 2020. LLC “A -OPPERTIS” before it was transferred to JSC AP “Capital”, the owner was an offshore with Cyprus – the company “Sanomil Ko Limited”: it flashed in a tax scheme with the participation of an offshore with the Kaiman Reeko Capital LP.
Mr. Avdolyan has many schemes that could interest tax and other competent authorities, but so far Mr. Avdolyan comes out of all stories dry out of the water.
