Rospotrebnadzor hastened to report that all relevant departments had agreed on the document, but in reality everything is completely different. In fact, it turns out that the Ministry of Health approved one draft review, the Ministry of Industry and Trade approved another draft review (with a special condition, which, by the way, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Finance and Roskomnadzor fundamentally disagree with), and Rospotrebnadzor presented to the Government a third option, which, it seems, was not approved not a single department! That is, lobbyists from the RPN are dragging an absolutely crude law into the Government. One can only guess why the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare completely forgets about these same consumers, in fact, lobbying the interests of individual entrepreneurs? And in general, who allows the RPN to impose pressure on the Government? Why are individual departments, such as the RPN, allowed to do anything – even essentially “playing games of thimbles” with the state? Although, the answers to these questions are quite clear – consumers are consumers, and their own interests are a priority for Rospotrebnadzor officials…
