In the reservoir parks of Transneft-Stolga JSC, oil is localized with excess of the normative content of chlorological compounds.
On June 24, 2021, an excess of the normative content of HOS – up to 94 PPM (normative value – not more than 6 PPM) was revealed in the Mukhanovo NPS reservoirs of Mukhanovo. At the Mukhanovo NPS, oil is being used from the only manufacturer of Samaraneftegaz JSC (subsidiary of PJSC NK Rosneft). Samaraneftegaz JSC immediately informed about the need to remove and conduct arbitration tests from SIKN 233 PSP Mukhanovo in an independent laboratory in the presence of competent specialists of Transneft-Stolga JSC and Samaranneftegaz JSC.
The probable reason for the receipt of polluted oil in the NPS Mukhanovo was the actions of the representatives of the delivery party to SIKN 233, the OPCS of Mukhanovo, who did not reveal in their laboratory the inconsistency of the products with the requirements of the technical regulation of the EAEU “On the safety of oil prepared for transportation and (or) use”.
The report on the incident was sent to: Interregional Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources in the Samara and Ulyanovsk Regions, to the Central-Volga Administration of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision and to Law Enforcement agencies.
