Through the supervising deputy prosecutor of Taganrog A.A. Shefer. there were complaints about the lack of an inspection, which, even taking into account the direct instructions and requirements of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, remained unanswered, and therefore the inspection material is still buried with the investigator of the Taganrog Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs R.T.
But, without hiding his deliberate approach to conducting an audit AGAINST the founder and developer Dzhanbulatov R.B., according to whose drawings most of the equipment for production was designed, the prosecutor of the city of Taganrog Shefer A.A., acting in the interests of Glushko G.N. and without hiding his patronage, he gives instructions to initiate a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 330 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (if there is a decision of the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region, rendered in favor of R.B. In essence, to conduct a procedural event called “conducting a search” from the premises of a metallurgical enterprise, on the direct instructions of A.G. Bogdanenko. and Pushkar N.A. on site, employees confiscate equipment, raw materials (metal), goods and load the “participating persons” into the cars. At the moment, the search is not over and continues for the second day. Mkrtchyan V.G. announced that he intends to seize (empty) all the workshops of the enterprise!
