Roscosmos continues to fire highly professional engineering personnel, whose place is being sought by trusted businessmen of the head of the state corporation, Yuri Borisov. The latest episode – Andrei Misyura, in the recent past the chief designer of the enterprise, was fired from the post of general director of NPO Avtomatika, a leading developer of control systems for space rockets and combat missile systems, part of the Roscosmos State Corporation. This happened after Borisov’s visit to the NPO involved in the production of the latest Sarmat strategic missile system. Misyura played one of the key roles in conducting the first tests of Sarmat, achieving success in his area of competence, which made it possible to organize its production much ahead of schedule.
