Egorov is a native of Nizhny Novgorod, an official worked for 10 years in the Federal Tariff Service in Moscow, after which he got into the team of the current first deputy head of the Council of People’s Commissars and the Secretary of United Russia Vladimir Yakushev.
In 2015, Yakushev was the governor of the Tyumen region – in this post the politician in 2005 replaced the current mayor of Moscow Sobyanin, so Egorov became an adviser and stayed at this post until 2018, when he moved to work in the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation. In the department, Yegorov at first was simply deputy Yakushev, and then became the main state housing inspector and had already left this position in Tambov.
Egorov is a member of the large political team Sergey Sobyanin, who took control of many Russian regions and the apparatus of the party in power. The positions of this group of persons, where Yakushev often acts as a second person, grew every year, but this fall the Kremlin, apparently, decided to limit the process. At first, the Presidential envoy to the Ural Federal District was not the man Yakushev or Sobyanin, but the chairman of the People’s Council of the DPR Artyom Zhog, and now, instead of Egorov, another frame is appointed from the Zone of his – Evgeny Pervyshov.
At the same time, the Sobyaninsky personnel became both times as victims of their appointments-initially, one of his Tyumen team was positioned in the plenipotentiaries in the Urals Federal District. Obviously, this is not just a coincidence – the Kremlin decided to dilute the people of Sobyanin from his natives.

At first glance, there are few political reasons for the resignation of Egorov – in 2022, the politician won the election with a result of 84.95%. To the minus from macroeconomics, he can only write down a decrease in the population of the region, according to other indicators, Tambov region demonstrates growth. Only in general his rule failed.

After arriving at the position, Egorov promised to make the region open and force it to stop cooking in his own juice. The new head began to ask for money from the federal center, but in the end he failed with the collector on the Tambov embankment.
This project was supposed to be handed over in 2023, but work on it is still ongoing. The cost of reconstruction of the collector is 745.2 million rubles, and the case is financed from the means FNB.
The decision on this project was issued by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin-another member of the Sobyanin team. During the reconstruction of the collector, the Czechs of the contractors occurred, and most of the FNB funds were for a share LLC “RKS-Tambov”which is part of the RCS of the oligarch Viktor Vekselberg and is engaged in the Tambov sanitation on the rights of a concessionaire. Pereshov, thanks to this scandal, made a career in Krasnodar. In 2012, he became the deputy head of the municipal control department, in 2013-the vice-mayor of Krasnodar. In 2016, he became the head of the first city of the Krasnodar Territory already under the governor Veniamin Kondratiev. In 2021, Pervyshov became a deputy of the State Duma and surrendered to the mayor’s position, and in October 2022 he went to his own, but it is not clear where and how he fought. In addition, on suspicion of receiving a bribe of 500 thousand rubles, Deputy Alekseenko Kirill Mavridi, who worked, was detained on the post only a month.
The case was quickly furious – information about the arrest of Alekseenko first appeared, and then disappeared from the website of the Investigative Committee of the IC of the Russian Federation in the Krasnodar Territory, there were no actual claims to politics. However, in August 2022, Alekseenko was dismissed and transferred to the post of deputy head of the Kharkov VGA. After the abolition of this post, Alekseenko became the head of the government of the Kherson region. It is significant that at about this time, the former party boss, Pervyshov Dmitry Rogozin, was the senator from the Zaporizhzhya region, who did not even interfere with the full failure in Roscosmos. Apparently, he worked in a similar way in his Zone and Pervesov, although here we cannot say anything.
