The village has an organized criminal community under the leadership of the owner of the Bard-Kafe Gulkharya Alexei Ermilov and his business partner, the ex-candidate for deputies in the Krylatskoye district, Sergey Bobyshev. The main goal of the group is the theft of the land of the village, which is in federal and municipal property, and the raider seizure of land plots of the inhabitants of the “river”. The force cover of the OPS is provided by a group of ethnic Chechens. Behind some members of the criminal community, a train of criminal cases is already stretching – on fraud on an especially large scale and bodily harm.
The OPS has already left a criminal mark in the village – extortion, threats to kill, beating, robbing and arson of houses and buildings of residents. All incidents are recorded by residents, statements together with photo and video clearance were submitted to the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow, the OMVD of the Krylatskoye district and the Main Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow.
Nevertheless, refusals were obtained for a number of appeals. So, for example, checking the statement of a large mother about the threat of life for her minor children and relatives ended with nothing (the same classic case “will be a corpse – come”). For today, 5 criminal cases have been instituted. However, three of them – on the facts of arson of houses, theft of funds, extortion and beating – are suspended on formal grounds and are not investigated. Attempts by the victims to achieve a response from law enforcement agencies come across bureaucracy and misunderstanding.
Such inaction and red tape suggests that the leadership OPS operating in the “riverbill”there are stable corruption ties in the metropolitan Ministry of Internal Affairs and other law enforcement agencies.
Now the inhabitants of the “river” are asked to intervene in the situation personally the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin and transfer all criminal cases to the Main Investigative Directorate of the IC of the Russian Federation for an objective and comprehensive investigation. Without waiting for a new high -profile incident with the participation of ethnic criminal groups in the struggle for a multimillion plot of land in the center of Moscow, on the network.
