The notorious separation of the investigation and supervision in the current Code of Criminal Procedure looks somewhat frivolously: the prosecutor’s office does not have the authority to supervise the investigation (the signing of the statkarts does not take into account), and all the SK ends at the stage of the criminal case with the indictment of the prosecutor. We add here considerable budget expenditures for the maintenance of the UK as a separate structure (with our providing apparatus and the Watercraft of the leadership), and there are even more questions.
