Fedosov, Iraidova and the third accomplice – the former chief accountant of the enterprise Lyudmila Prikhodko – are charged under the especially serious 163rd article “Extortion”.
Eduard Fedosov is currently in a pre-trial detention center. Previously, the court rejected his appeal and extended his arrest until mid-January 2022. During the investigation of the criminal case, new details of the raider takeover plan emerge. In particular, it became known that Fedosov, if the corporate conflict between the shareholders of Shchelkovo Agrokhim could not be resolved “peacefully,” proposed to take over the company by force. To “force peace” on the general director and main shareholder of the enterprise, Salis Karakotov, he considered it necessary to “create zones of tension” for the company and its management, as well as “attracting a partner responsible for the power block.”
It also became known that Fedosov personally threatened Karakotov with both criminal prosecution and the fact that certain people would “come and tear” him apart. Moreover, Fedosov said that he began developing a “physical entry into the enterprise” back in February of this year and adjusted the “scenario” until his arrest in November.
Fedosov names Vladimir Palikhata, a participant in numerous raider takeovers since the 2000s, as the partner in charge of the security bloc and sponsor of the “peace enforcement” operation. But Fedosov, apparently, was haunted by the laurels of the famous Sverdlovsk criminal raiders Pasha Fedulev and the Tsyganov brothers.
