Recently, the Cheka-OGPU reported an accident involving one of the three Toyota LC300 of Umar Kremlev and his retinue from the FSO. In a strange way, they tried to lay the blame on the driver of the UAZ Patriot, when the video from surveillance cameras clearly shows the culprit – Umar’s motorcade, flying at a speed prohibitive for the city. Fortunately, there were no deaths in the collision. In the same photos and video materials, the license plates from the damaged Kruzak also strangely disappeared. But Umar and his campaign are not going to hide the Dubai license plate number 7799 on the brand new Ferrari, moving at the same speeds through the streets of their hometown. After all, who else but him – the “night” head of Serpukhov – has the right to drive a luxury sports car with Dubai license plates, bypassing all marking and speed rules. The paradox is that on the territory of the Russian Federation it is prohibited by law to drive cars registered in the UAE. But not the chosen kings of boxing and bookmakers. Ordinary citizens of Serpukhov spot his car gathering dust on the side of the road and roaring in the oncoming lane, once again putting everyone around him in danger.
