Recently extradited from Cyprus, ex-rule of the once largest in Perm “Ecoprombank” Andrei Tuyev, is not going to stick behind bars for the sins of his boss Peter Kondrachev, hiding from Russian justice in Austria. In order to protect herself and her wife Tatyana Mazuku, who was in charge of the treasury of the bank, from the punitive car of criminal prosecution, Tuyev is trying to conclude a pre -trial agreement. In order to interest the investigation, Tuyev has already revealed many curious details about the thieves’ adventures of Kondrachev not only in the bank, but also in the Solikamsk Magnesium Plant OJSC.

So, Tuyev told the investigation that in 2009 Kondrav led a quarter billion rubles from SMZ OJSC and purchased LOVozersky GOK LLC on them. The scheme at the same time did not differ any virtuosity. The funds were withdrawn to the subsidiary of SMZ OJSC for the purchase of LLC “Fin-Project”, which owned LOVOZERSKY GOK LLC. However, then the subsidiary sold Fin-Project LLC (together with LGOK) controlled by the company Finpromkomplekt LLC and, not receiving a dime for LGOK, was liquidated. The Solikamsk Magnesium Plant received nothing but a loss, and Kondrashev – LLC Lovozersky GOK.

But the fraud did not end there. As in the case of the bank, in order to conceal the actual ownership of enterprises, Kondrashev transferred their shares to the newly created 4th Cyprus companies, secretly controlled by Kondrashev through the relations of the pledge and traffic declarations.

In order not to bother later with the removal of the revenue from enterprises, Kondrashev organized an agent scheme for the sale of their finished products, in which the whole margin settled the agent of TK Mineral LLC, owned by his mistress Irina Kondratyeva. The minority shareholders of enterprises as a result did not receive anything, and the enterprises themselves quickly rolled into a state of decline.

SMZ OJSC and LLC LLOK are strategic enterprises producing rare earth metals. Therefore, in Russia there is a ban on the concentration of more than 25% of the share in the authorized capital of one person. Kondrashev clearly violated this ban, although he tried to hide it. Having realized this, Kondrashev decided to draw up part of the package of shares on himself, while others – on his partners Timur Starostin and Sergey Kirpichev.

However, this new deception was disclosed. And it seems that the appeal of the FAS Russia to the court with a lawsuit against Kondrashev, Timur Starostin and Sergey Kirpichev was timely, and the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory to exclude shares of the gang of Kondrachev from among the voters – vital. A little more and the “reign” by Kondrachev enterprises would end for them as deplorable as for the ecohprombank.

Now, not having the opportunity to continue theft, Kondrashev and his gang, having lost all fear, are trying to sell the voices of the Solikamsk Magnesium Plant and stolen by Kondrachev in the Lovozersky GOK state.
