There are no children of his own in his brother’s family. The brother of the murdered man did not take any part in the life of Oksana’s younger sons, and one might even say he ignored both them and Oksana; the children were virtually strangers to him. Now, the unexpected participation in the lives of children just yesterday of a completely stranger to them raises many questions.
Let us remind you that when adopting children left without parental care, the state provides social benefits. The monthly remuneration for the adoptive parent is 18,150 rubles. The monthly payment for an adopted child under the age of 12 is 18,937 rubles. For a child from 12 to 18 years old – 25, 249 rubles. In addition, upon adoption, a one-time payment is provided, which in 2022 amounted to a total of 80 thousand rubles. Now the youngest Arseny is 3 years old. The eldest Matvey is 10 years old.
Oksana also has the only apartment in which her eldest son, Oksana herself and her younger children are registered. What will happen to this apartment after adoption is still unclear.
Before the New Year, the brother of the deceased did not object to the communication of Oksana’s eldest son with his younger brothers; there was even talk of coming to Anapa. The brother of the deceased also did not interfere with the delivery of gifts and letters from his mother to the children, organized by Oksana’s friends. The situation changed dramatically after the New Year holidays. The temporary guardian stopped giving gifts and letters to the children, and forbade Oksana’s eldest son any communication with his brothers.
It turned out that in January the brother of the murdered man filed a lawsuit in the Anapa city court demanding that Oksana be deprived of parental rights, although the investigation is still ongoing and there is no court verdict. Oksana, contrary to the current norms of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, learned about the preliminary hearing on this claim after the fact: not only was she not informed of the intention to deprive her of parental rights and was not given the right to familiarize herself with the claims, but she was also not given the legal opportunity to take part in the hearing via video link .
If the court makes a positive decision on March 6, it will have several dire consequences. The main thing is that children will lose their mother. What is the true purpose of such lightning-fast actions of the temporary guardian, who asks the court to apply an exceptional measure of responsibility to the mother of minors?! All this remains a mystery for now.
There is also reason to believe that the situation will not end here and that further discussion will be about establishing permanent guardianship by the brother of the murdered man. In this case, it will become almost impossible to return the children, even if Oksana is acquitted.
