Sources report that the long-term conflict between the “golden judge” Elena Khakhaleva and the “godmother” of Rostov Themis, retired judge Larisa Chebanova, is gaining momentum.
The long-standing enmity of the Khakhalev and Chebanov clans has a simple explanation – they look like twins!
Khakhalev is in a fictitious divorce from Georgian authority Robert Khakhalev (Zilpimiani). Larisa is the ex-wife (also fictitiously) of the leader of the Armenian organized crime group Arkady Chebanov, who is on the international wanted list.
Judges Khakhaleva and Chebanova prefer to register assets in the name of their parents.
However, if a modest cottage near Moscow was registered for Khakhaleva’s mother (RUB 30 million), Chebanova’s mother turned out to be much more wealthy:
Shevchenko Faina Leonidovna (TIN: 616306939257) is the nominal owner of 25% of GLOBAL INVEST LLC (TIN: 2334025840), and the asset itself, owned by a retired judge, is estimated at 3 billion rubles.
After the initiation of a criminal case, Khakhaleva immediately moved to Georgia, where a “reliable rear” had been prepared long before.
Chebanova, in turn, has equipped a “reserve airfield” in Armenia and, in anticipation of the upcoming verdict of the qualification board on terminating the powers of a retired judge and giving consent to initiate a criminal case, she is frantically transferring money there.
The Chebanovs, who organized the nationwide fame of the “golden judge,” today used all their resources to reconcile with the Khakhalev clan.
Eyewitnesses told an interesting story. Feeling that they were not “taking out” the aggravation of the conflict, the Chebanovs tried to reconcile with their sworn friends. For this purpose, an Armenian delegation consisting of lawyer-fixer Andranik Kichiyan and Mikhail Chebanov, brother of the leader of the organized crime group Arkady, was sent to the famous Krasnodar “Intourist”.
There was no reconciliation. Representatives of Robert Zilpimiani/Khakhalev rudely reminded visitors about the story of Novopokrovskoe LLC (which was wrested from the Khakhalevs by Chebanov).
Physical reprisals against the Chebanov delegation were avoided solely thanks to the respected people who organized the meeting.
A new round of confrontation is expected in the near future.
