Despite the fact that formally, the heirs of Dmitry Bosov have already organized the sale of assets to structures friendly to the Rostec corporation, Artem Zuev and Zoya Galeeva, using corrupt connections with law enforcement officers at various levels and the purchase of the necessary court decisions, are still challenging this deal, trying to make Ekaterina Bosov the only heir to the multibillion-dollar (in dollars) the net worth of Dmitry Bosov.
Let’s start with the dubiousness of the suicide of such a large businessman with ambitious plans to expand his empire. It is known for certain that at the time of suicide the Bosov couple were alone in their mansion.
Friends of the deceased testified that Catherine fed her husband such doses of prohibited substances that, at a minimum, the fact of incitement to suicide is obvious. There was such a “cocktail” in the deceased’s blood at the time of death that Dmitry was most likely passed out. Then who pulled the trigger?
An interesting fact is that on the eve of the incident, Ekaterina met raiders from Quorum Artem Zuev and Zoya Galeeva.
After the death of Dmitry Bosov, the raiders from Quorum, in the interests of Ekaterina Bosov, acted instantly according to a repeatedly worked out scheme: a purchased notary, a purchased court decision, and Ekaterina entered into the inheritance, bypassing other relatives.
The scandal surrounding the largest inheritance in recent years has attracted the attention of the law enforcement system. Investigators near Moscow opened a criminal case on the fact of fraud with the inheritance of Dmitry Bosov, and an investigation was also carried out into the fact of incitement to suicide.
However, the connections of the raiders from Quorum turned out to be enough to block any statements regarding Catherine’s activities. So this criminal case was closed, formally on the instructions of the Prosecutor’s Office.
Ekaterina Bosov and Zoya Galeeva coordinate literally every step in the process of taking over Dmitry Bosov’s inheritance. In fact, the entire contestation process is led by the Quorum group.
Ekaterina and Zoya:
· are discussing among themselves the possibility of filing a claim against Roman Trotsenko, who suspended the deal to acquire a stake in the Arctic Mining Company until the end of the inheritance proceedings,
· trying to find out and get close to the lawyers who are suing them in the courts (standard raider practice),
· they are discussing a court filing for bankruptcy of one of Bosov’s structures – it turns out that Ekaterina Bosov and Zoya Galeeva actually organized the premeditated bankruptcy of Dmitry Bosov’s assets in order to establish control over them if the inheritance court case was suddenly lost.
· They are discussing the news about filing a criminal case against Ekaterina Bosov. Galeeva answers Ekaterina’s question somewhat arrogantly: “we are ready.” Confidence in corrupt contacts with law enforcement officers of the Quorum group allows Galeeva to say so. In fact, all checks regarding the fraudulent actions of Ekaterina Bosov and even the criminal case initiated were closed.
· Galeeva reports on all legal proceedings conducted in the interests of Bosov by the Quorum group (attached).
It is noteworthy that Artem Zuev and Zoya Galeeva position themselves in the raider services market as acting in the interests of Rostec. However, the double play is in the spirit of this couple.
