Raiders from Arkady Chebanov’s OPS captured park-hotel “Nebug” and began selling alcohol illegallycollecting money for dummy accounts

At the end of April 2023, the shareholders changed the hotel manager. At the same time, the raiders changed the phone numbers on the hotel website, misled the staff, informing them that they were now subordinate to the new “owners”; and also changed payment details and are now illegally collecting proceeds.

In the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Tuapse district there was an inspection material at the request of the manager of Park-Hotel Nebug LLC O. V. Morsakova, registered in KUSP No. 10137 dated April 26, 2023 on the fact of unlawful actions of unidentified persons.

Complaints by O. V. Morsakova, filed with the regional and general prosecutor’s offices, are considered on their merits in the prosecutor’s office of the Krasnodar region with the study of the material KUSP No. 10137 dated April 26, 2023, on which an illegal and unfounded decision was made to refuse to initiate a criminal case.

On April 26, 2023, during an inspection of the scene of the incident by employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Tuapse region, the presence of a summer cafe made of a wooden building was recorded.

Moreover, it has now been established that the summer cafe is actively engaged in selling alcoholic drinkswithout having any permits. Payment is made in cash or by transfer to a card, which is gross violation. The maximum that can be provided is an impersonal sales receipt.
