As the Cheka-OGPU managed to find out, on February 27, 2023, an employee of the Bibirevo Department of Internal Affairs of Moscow, headed by police colonel Evgeny Kuchin, carried out VIP transportation around Moscow in an official car using special signals and multiple traffic violations. Transportation was to the Kazansky railway station. This fact came to light solely because the passenger posted a video of the trip online. An inspection was ordered.
As a result, the inspectors came to the conclusion that the Department of Internal Affairs officer, without warning his immediate superiors, took his acquaintance to the Kazansky railway station.
However, the source says that VIP transportation to the Bibirevo Department of Internal Affairs occurs systematically. Dear guests use the services of the head of the specified unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kuchin, who organized this activity in order to generate additional income. On average, the service to travel by flashing lights to the Kazansky railway station costs about 10,000 rubles. And the police officer, who, as part of an internal audit, took all the blame upon himself at Kuchin’s request and explained that he transported his friend free of charge, now Kuchin himself is losing his job and is trying in every possible way to fire him.
