A source at the Academy drew our attention to two competitions. Purchases No. 0373100037620000124 and No. 0373100037620000125. Both purchases are placed on the same day. And the results of both are summed up at the same time, today. And only one contender came to each competition and both competitions themselves were recognized as failed. And this means that this only applicant became the contractor of the RANEPA. And it is called in both cases – LLC COMCON OKB.
I must say that such a “scheme” is very popular in the RANEPA, when it is necessary to ensure the victory in the competition of the contractor you need.
You will probably continue to be surprised, but the RANEPA commission also worked in the same composition: Oleg Popov (already funny, but not fun), the head of the department in the operation of the operation of buildings and structures, Tatyana Todorova, adviser to the rector of the Ratigs (a lady with a very specific biography and a career track, but more on this later) and Igor Kuklyaev, the head of the department for organization of food and maintenance service “Academy” of the RANEPA. As you can see, all members of the commission are well versed in information systems.
And to work LLC Komkon OKB will be on accompaniment and modification in the first case – the personnel accounting system of employees and the calculation of wages, and in the second case – the system of accounting and tax accounting. These systems have long been functioning in the RANEPA. On the basis of the well -known and popular 1C software products. But you have to look after them, sometimes finalize. This will take 18.3 million and 15.8 million rubles of state funds. It is state, and not those that the Academy itself earns.
It is impossible not to notice that Komkon OKB LLC is very popular in the RANEPA. The contractor has 15 contracts totaling 87 million rubles.
It should not be ignored by the fact that the vice-rector Sergey Sinelnikov-Murylev, the nearest ally of the wealthy French intellectual and part-time rector of the RANEPA Vladimir Mau, oversaw the procurement service and ITishnikov at the Academy. So closest that he himself became partly wealthy and French, but more an athlete than an intellectual.
