“Protocol” specifically for the Cheka-OGPU:

The assembly of Iranian combat drones “Shahed” has been organized in the special economic zone “Alabuga” in Tatarstan. Russian and Iranian engineers are jointly finalizing the design documentation, and specialists from Alabuga are undergoing training on the territory of Iranian production for this project. The total area of the hangar where the assembly takes place is planned to be increased to 100 thousand square meters. The images below show the workshop layouts. At the moment, they have lost their relevance, but are still important for understanding exactly how production will be organized. Now drones are assembled from ready-made kits supplied from Iran.

Students from the Alabuga Polytech College are being recruited to assemble Iranian kamikaze drones “Shahed”, offering them earnings of up to 70 thousand rubles a month. Students report difficult working conditions, high levels of control and intimidation from management. They are prohibited from disclosing information about this project, threatening them with fines of up to two million rubles and expulsion. Students face physical and mental tests such as paintball competitions to weed out weak students.

In Alabuga’s internal documentation, drones are called “boats,” and Iran is called Belarus. This conspiracy worked at least once. The Guardian edition mentions in the boat delivery scheme, despite the fact that drones are delivered by plane. A funny detail: information about the production of “motor boats” was thrown in, among other things, via RBC. It was reported that the Dolphin-Alabuga company allegedly “plans to localize the production of composite motor boats.” Interesting, but such a company does not exist. It is mentioned only in state-owned and Russian-controlled media. There is not a word about this company in the commercial registers. At the same time, according to Alabuga, this company plans to invest 80 billion in the production of “motor boats.”
