“Protocol” specifically for the Cheka-OGPU:

At the beginning of this year we opened the series “Businessman from a Gray Building”. First, we talked about Maxim Shishkunov, who heads the department for protecting the constitutional system of the Krasnodar FSB Directorate. He registered real estate worth 130 million rubles for his elderly father. His colleague Miroslav preshchepa took bribes with gravel (and the local decision makers did not like him), for which he received three years of strict regime. Prishchepa registered real estate worth 330 million rubles for his father. Deputy Head of the FSB Directorate for the Krasnodar Territory Konstantin Shoshin removed his son from all (almost) state databases.

There are smaller, but still remarkable personalities in the Krasnodar “office”. For example, investigator Yuri Zakharchenko. The young man is only 33 years old, but he has already succeeded in the field of persecuting oppositionists. The mother of the FSB investigator works as a senior lecturer at the department of specialized hygienic disciplines, epidemiology and general hygiene. Until 2020, my father was the founder of a company that sold ceramics, glass and cleaning products. The investigator’s wife subscribes to an informal group of propaganda lessons called “Conversations about Important Things.” 10 years ago she even published a wedding video (Appendix 1) and still has not removed the joint photo from her profile picture (Appendix 2), although their marriage is not shown registered in government databases. At the same time, there is a handwritten note indicating that Zakharchenko belongs to the special service (Appendix 3).

From data leaks it follows that Yuri Zakharchenko registered on the FBK smart voting website. Sincerely or not, work is work. In 2021, in Sochi, 64-year-old architect Mikhail Kalyamin was sentenced to two years in prison for extremism. On social networks, an elderly man spoke out about the construction of a landfill in the Arkhangelsk region and the murder of Russian journalists in the Central African Republic. The investigator in this case was Yuri Zakharchenko. In August 2021, Mikhail Kalyamin died; his associates blamed the state and the investigator for the death of the architect. No matter how we feel about Kalyamin’s work, this is probably partly true. Investigator Zakharchenko simply drove the elderly man to death with endless investigative actions and examinations.

Another significant case that was handled by Yuri Zakharchenko is the case of the Krasnodar arsonist Igor Paskar. In the summer of 2022, Paskar threw a burning bottle of gasoline at the door of the central entrance of the FSB Directorate in the Krasnodar Territory. After that, he drew a Ukrainian flag on his left cheek. The arsonist was later detained. According to Igor Paskar, after his arrest he was beaten and tortured with electric shock. He was soon sentenced to 8.5 years in prison. On December 11, 2023, Igor Pkaskar disappeared from contact. While the liberal public is wondering where Navalny is, less “promoted” individuals are also disappearing. The degree of guilt in what is happening is obviously not for us to determine. We can only emphasize the injustice of what is happening and draw attention to individuals involved in certain crimes.
