“Protocol. Krasnodar” especially for the Cheka-OGPU:

We regularly talk about corruption in the Krasnodar region. Recently, the attention of the Protocol has been drawn to the local FSB department. The head of the department for the protection of the constitutional order and the fight against terrorism, Maxim Shishkunov, registers luxury real estate for his parents. The security officer’s father alone owns various assets with a total value of at least 130 million rubles. His colleague Miroslav Prishchepa took bribes with gravel and, in a similar scheme, registered real estate for 330 million rubles in his father’s name.

But the list of “heroes” in the Krasnodar “office”, naturally, is not limited to two names. Last year, the Cheka-OGPU wrote about pensioner Tamara Prokhorova, who is being horrified by the head of the FSB department for Tuapse, Evgeniy Kachura, and Colonel Konstantin Shoshin (and he, in turn, is neither more nor less than the deputy head of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory). Turning our attention to Konstantin Shoshin (photo 1), we discovered that he managed to remove his son from most of the state databases. For example, in the registry office database (photo 2) there is Alexander Konstantinovich Shoshin. He was born on June 22, 1995 in the Leninsky district of Tomsk. But all data about him has been removed from Rosreestr.

From various data leaks we know that Alexander Shoshin, like his father (photo 3), was registered in the building of the FSB Directorate in the Krasnodar Territory on Mira Street. Sources of “Protocol” claim that such a procedure is necessary in order to get in line for an apartment from the department. That is, perhaps Alexander Shoshin is a hereditary security officer. Alexander Shoshin’s passport numbers are also found in the data leaks, but one of them, it seems, never existed, and the second is listed as invalid in the database of invalid passports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In closed databases there are no mentions of this person at all. Why it became necessary for the deputy head of the Kuban FSB to hide his son, we have yet to find out.
