The daughter of a former minister and her cousin, the daughter of a State Duma deputy, managed to own real estate worth 20 billion rubles during their lives. Some of the property has already been sold, some (worth five billion) is still in the possession of the sisters. We are talking about the daughter of the former governor of the Krasnodar Territory and ex-Minister of Agriculture of Russia Alexander Tkachev and his niece, Anastasia Crattli. The latter is the daughter of the ex-minister’s brother, Alexei Tkachev. He is still a State Duma deputy.
“Protocol” studied the lists of real estate that was ever owned by the sisters. In addition to the fact that the grandson of a state deputy is an American (as is the deputy’s wife), some details of a scam involving agricultural land near Krasnodar, in which Anastasia Crattli participated, have come to light. Residents of the Dinsky district wrote about the fact that lands were being taken away illegally ten years ago and even went on pickets. Since then, a new settlement has grown in the fields between Lenin’s farm and the village of Starokorsunskaya. The fields of the former Kalinin collective farm were cut into small plots of six acres, the type of permitted use of the land was changed, and they were sold off. The whole process took the Tkachevs and Tkachevskys more than ten years. Anastasia Crattli began actively selling land plots in 2019 and continued doing so until 2022. During this period, the deputy’s daughter sold 18.6 hectares of land. The cadastral value of these properties is 195 million rubles.
The images below perfectly demonstrate the consequences of the activities of the Tkachev family. On the left is a fragment of a 2006 satellite image showing fields. On the right is a view from space of the same territory, but in 2022. The fields in the second photo have turned into residential areas. So much for agriculture.
