More recently, we discovered that the “energy king” of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Gavrilov, was planning to make search engines forget about his existence. Now we seem to have discovered the real reason for this desire.
Just yesterday on the official portal of “Government Procurement” appeared announcement of a competition with a very confusing name. It seems to be something about the construction of new transport interchanges on the M4 Don highway and deforestation, but it also seems to be about some FSB facilities in the village of Praskoveevka, where “Putin’s palace” is located. On the portal, apart from the name, nothing is said about the purchase – there is not a single document.
But on the website of the Roseltorg trading platform there are documents. And from them it follows that Rosseti Kuban PJSC announced a competition for the preparation of documentation for cutting down part of the forest for the reconstruction of electrical networks in the area of the village of Divnomorskoye and connecting new networks to the facilities of the FSB of Russia in the village of Praskoveevka. Obviously, this refers to work on supplying electricity to “Putin’s palace.”
Gavrilov’s desire to forget himself looks especially comical against the backdrop of this news. Indeed, among other things, he demands the removal of at least 25 links with reprints of the “VChK-OGPU” post that “under conditions of increased secrecy” a reconstruction is being prepared to increase the power of electrical networks from Tuapse to Gelendzhik – to the famous “Putin’s palace”, and he himself bragged to friends that he would head this project.
