“Protocol” – especially for the Cheka -OGPU

On the website of the Oktyabrsky Court of Krasnodar, court decisions were published in the case of the former deputy chief bailiff of the region Vadim Barabanshchikov. The drummers are the son of the former odious deputy of the Duma of Krasnodar Galina Barabanshchikova, who periodically fell into all sorts of scandals: either the public doubted the results of the elections, then she declared multimillion -dollar revenues. Such a classic South Russian clan.
The court decisions themselves follow the best traditions of Kuban justice. Vadim Barabanshchikov was judged for inviting his friend to purchase a car at auction at a low price. She personally transferred 200 thousand rubles to Barabanshchikov, and another 200 thousand had to be introduced at the bids themselves. He began to drain the deal, and then began to offer to buy another car – not the one that was stipulated in advance. Later it turned out that the staged Tayota Camry did not stand at the auction at all. Most likely, this was the idea initially: to take money and move out of the agreements, offering another option. But the alternative to Barabanshchikov’s friend did not fit. He returned the money to her and was detained by police and the Investigative Committee.
The criminal case was first considered by the judge Natalya Kazan, known for his boorish behavior and participation in dubious matters. She decided that she did not use the official position of the drummers, since he had no authority to influence bidding. Kazan retrained the case for a less difficult article and stopped it. Perhaps it was the multimillion -dollar income of the defendant’s mother who motivated the judge to make an illegal decision. This decision was canceled by the regional court on the complaint of the prosecutor’s office. After a new consideration in a different composition of the court, Judge Andrei Prokopenko sentenced Vadim Barabanshchikov to three years in prison with a fine of 50 thousand rubles and a trial of two years. The court also forbade Barabanshchikov for a year to occupy senior positions in the FSSP. The seized money was returned to the victim, Barabanshchikov returned his iPhone.
