A scandal is breaking out in the Krasnodar region with the political officer of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Ust-Labinsk region. On January 28, 52-year-old Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Kocherga hit a 60-year-old man in his Kia Rio who was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing. After this, the criminal left, hid in his house on Tsentralnaya Street in Ust-Labinsk and did not answer calls until the next day. The victim is in intensive care.
There is still no news about the arrest of the policeman, although the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs allegedly took this case under personal control. Probably, they will try to remove Vladimir Kocherga from responsibility, although with wide publicity this will be much more difficult to do.
Publications and open databases point directly to Kocherga. Firstly, the leaked video footage clearly shows both the moment of the accident and the moment of running into a house on Tsentralnaya Street. A photo of this fence was published by local telegram channels. We have exactly the same fence we discover on Vladimir Kocherga’s Instagram, and the extract from Rosreemsstr says that the house belongs to him. If something wears shoulder straps, hits pedestrians and hides in the home of the deputy chief of police, maybe it is himself?
