That is, for several months now, the most unambiguous developer has been finging each other’s foreships, while the residents of the house are watching the window behind diverging cracks?

The essence of the conflict is that some landslide processes in the housing development area in Rostov-on-Don were led to damage for infrastructure and improvement of apartment building No. 19, located in Dolomanovsky Lane (LCD “Dolomanovsky 19”). The latter built just the peak.
The plaintiff requires the obligation of the defendant to arrange retaining walls, drainage from the pit of the LCD “1799” object, and organize geomonitoring of objects adjacent to the construction site. A certain material damage, the amount of which has not yet been calculated, will also be destroyed. Simultaneously with the lawsuit, the peak tried through the interim measures to stop the construction of the ex-prosecutor Yunanov, but the court calculated the requirements disproportionate. In early August, the court appointed an examination, which will end by October 11th. The expert will have to establish the cause of the landslide processes of the soil, as well as a causal relationship with the neighboring construction and establish whether the construction site of LLC SZ Pushkinskaya, house No. 1 corresponds to the norms of urban planning law, the obligatory construction and technical rules and the provisions of technical documentation.

As the publication reported “PASMI” (recognized as an ino -agent in the territory of the Russian Federation), it was a certain group of supervisory authority of the southern region, which supposedly systematically covered violations of the developers for a “ringing coin” and apartments, which was recorded for the relatives of “patrons in uniform”.
Then a number of names surfaced, and Yunanov was mentioned in conjunction with the head of the Department for Supervision of compliance with the federal legislation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Krasnodar Territory, Julia Tentkina.
It was Yunanov who filed a lawsuit against the author of the investigation, but not about protecting the “honor of the uniform”, but for the disclosure of personal data. And already this itself is causing questions.
As a result, the material was blocked by the court, but the author expressed the opinion that the verdict in favor of the plaintiff could be dictated by high ties. After all, even then there were rumors that allegedly in the Unanov division after leaving the bodies “registered” as the head of the Security Service, the ex-head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Kuban Vadim Bugaenko. Yunanov himself did not publicly dispute this information.
But back to our Rostov construction site.
The most interesting thing is that even if the expert proves the guilt of the defendant, then no one of the beneficiary of Junanov will most likely attract the answer. After all, at the start of construction, his HC covered his rear.
The general contractor of the construction is a certain LLC SK “TIS” and legally, it has nothing to do with the division of the former prosecutor. But this is only legally.
The company has been owned by Margarita Avdysheva since April 2022. And earlier, a number of individuals were owned by the asset, including Krasilnikov Denis Anatolyevich, who had close ties with neometria (he was the director of the SZ Club Quarter LLC, where among the co -owners – a legal entity from the ex -prosecutor’s division).
It was Avdysheva in 2022 who transferred a number of companies previously related to the group of Unanov. It seems like they brought it out of the circuit in case of claims?
Moreover, one of the transferred firms – LLC SK Leergrup was a supplier in state contracts in the Kuban (the amount is more than 294 million rubles). Some of them were signed after a break of ties with neometria. Convenient, right?
