“Privatization” 2.0: a comrade of representatives of the capital’s mayor’s office and police colonel Zakharchenko sued Moscow for a building of more than 16,000 sq/m and 60 million rubles.

A warehouse building with several floors is located in close proximity to the railway tracks in the north of Moscow, along which freight trains with containers from the ports of St. Petersburg arrive in the capital (Likhoborskaya embankment, 18с4).

Initially, the Moscow City Property Department refused the transaction to a company (OOO TF TNH), which is part of the ownership of the family of businessman Avsholum Yunaev, citing the fact that the specified building is not part of the property subject to privatization. In the mid-90s, Moscow officials leased the building to the company for 25 years, and this period was coming to an end. I didn’t want to lose the building. TNH went to court demanding that the building be sold to it on the basis of preemptive rights for 180 million rubles. The arbitration agreed and obliged the Department of Municipal Property to conclude a purchase and sale transaction for the building with TNH for 205 million rubles. with installments of five years, setting a monthly payment of 3.4 million rubles. This was the first stage of the scheme.

Then TNH filed a second lawsuit against the capital’s Property Department, forcing the budget to fork out 62.8 million rubles: while the Department refused the deal, TNH had to rent the building, which means incurring losses (3.1 million rubles per month), so the capital budget must compensate for losses. The Moscow Arbitration Court agreed with this. Now Sobyanin’s city structures are trying to appeal this decision.

TF TNH LLC is registered to one of Yunaev’s daughters (pictured), who has long been living her life in London and working with horses.

Avsholum Yunaev is a well-known Moscow developer who also has his own interests in the fuel and energy sector. He was a neighbor of the curator of this area through the GUEBiPK Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel Zakharchenko, in the “Imperial House” on Yakimanka and even paid for his New Year holidays in fashionable hotels in Sochi, but after the arrest of the colonel he was forced to testify against him.

The Cheka-OGPU previously wrote that Yunaev’s nephew holds the post of deputy general director of the Fund for the Overhaul of Moscow Apartment Buildings; Maxim Gaman, the head of the Moscow City Property Department, is on the Fund’s governing board.
